FAQ
1. How often do you add new styles to your line?
We update about 20-30 styles each week, except public holidays including Saturday & Sundays.
2. What’s T/C material?
It’s Mixed material of Cotton and Polyester. Usually it’s 35% cotton and 65% Polyester.
3. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, 10% discount to 20 pcs and above. To become dO dO Fashion Or Shoes Member, Min. Charges SGD300. Member card no. will issue to you via email. For more details, Click here.
4. How long will it take to get my orders?
After receiving your payment, we’ll collate all Customers' orders and send to our supplier. Usually we'll take about 3-5 days to process with your items. But if several of your styles are out of stock provisionally, we’ll take 3-5 days to get it from factory.
5. Do you have any minimum quantities?
No minimum order.
6. How can i change my order?
If you have already submitted the order, just contact us to change it by Yahoo messenger or email: do_do.beautyshop@yahoo.com
7. If I have submitted my orders, can I still add items to it? How can I change my payment method?
Contact us to add for you or change payment method. Or, you can place a new order and combine it with your old order.
8. What will happen if there’s out-of-stock items in my order after payment?
Usually 5% items out of stock. In 1-2 days after payment, We'll inform you by email to check with you if you decide to wait or exchange for another item to enable faster postage.
9. Is there any extra charges ordering from you?
No extra charges from us other than Local postage;
1. Registered mail (highly recommended)
2. Normal mail.
Meanwhile, we would not be responsible for any bank charges from your payment. Such as Paypal 7% service charge of your total cost.
10.How do I know the quality of your product?
Our clothes belong to mid-level product. The pictures of these products are taken from real object. Almost 90% buyers place their subsequent orders after the first order
11. What about returns and exchanges?
Due to international shipping cost, we do not offer direct return of goods as it is not an economic solution.
12. Your clothes are pretty and in very reasonable price, how can I keep in contact with you?
Thank You. 90% of our first-time customer would place a second order, it stimulate us to keep going on improving our products and services.We will update the latest lovely items every week. Please check us out for our weekly new clothings!!
TERMS
1. An email will be sent within 24 hours to confirm your order. Which include the items, the total price, delivery information,the payment method, etc.
2. All goods will be inspected and could not be returned or refunded once it was shipped out.
3. Processing period (7-14 days) & delivery time (3-5 days) approximately take about 2-3 weeks to arrive.
4. Customers pay local postage in advance and 14- 25 days arrival (door-to-door) once spree ends.
5. If the quantity of stock cannot meet customers' orders. Customers could choose
(i) choose the other items;
(ii) by using the remaining balance for next order.
